HYPA Training Room

Are you looking for a venue for your next training day or board meeting? Then why not hire HYPA's Training Room!

Our training room is located right in the heart of the city in our Currie St head office making it easy to get to. The room can accommodate 18 people set-up in a boardroom style or 30 people in a theatre style and is available for booking during regular business hours (9am-5pm). It also comes equipped with an Electronic SMART Board Interactive Whiteboard (incorporating a projector, whiteboard, access to documents via USB, DVD on PC and sound system) and Internet Access. We can provide a brief demonstration of how to use the SMART Board for a small fee.


You are more than welcome to serve food and drinks (no alcohol) during your event by bringing in your own or organising catering with a supplier. We can provide in room tea and coffee making facilities for a small fee.  A refrigerator is located in the room for your convenience.

Half Day (3.5 hours)

$200.00 +gst

Full day (9am to 5pm)

$400.00 + gst

Electronic Whiteboard usage (no time restriction)

$20.00 + gst

In room tea and coffee facilities

$30.00 + gst

Please note that at least 48 hours’ notice is required for cancellation of room bookings, otherwise 50% of the hire price will be charged. If no notification is given before the date of the meeting, the full price will be charged regardless of whether the room was used or not. Cancellations must be made in writing, by sending an email to: hypaadmin@syc.net.au.
