Alan TudorovicAlan Tudorovic, Managing Director Tudor Civil

Alan started on the factory floor at the age of 17 and worked his way up through the family business, maintaining the values and work ethic instilled by his father who started the business in 1964. Having worked in the Civil and Concrete products industry for over 25 years, Alan’s role within business has gained him a wide variety of experience and knowledge in areas which include industrial relations, human resources management, transport logistics and construction. Being of Croatian background Alan has also been actively involved with the Croatian community in Adelaide, supporting fundraising events, youth soccer and festivals.

Alan has been a passionate supporter of HYPA since 2012 and was proud to join the SYC Fundraising Committee in 2015.

Paul EdgintonPaul Edginton, SYC Chief Executive Officer

With executive and board level experience in strategy, corporate governance and communications, Mr Edginton brings a wealth of commercial experience to the Committee.

He has established and developed successful businesses, coached business owners, consulted and delivered effective business turnaround and improvement strategies in a variety of industry sectors. Paul joined SYC in 2002 as General Manager of Training Prospects and has been Chief Executive Officer since 2004, leading the SYC transformation into one of Australia’s most innovative not-for-profit organisations. Mr Edginton is a sought after contributor to policy development at state and national level, allowing him to apply highly developed skills in listening to points of view and processing those into strategic discussion.

Mr Edginton is an ex-officio member of all SYC board committees.

Kieran PurcellKieren Purcell, Division Director & State Manager Macquarie Private Wealth SA

Kieran is a chartered accountant and graduate member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.  He has over 25 years’ experience in the Financial Services Industry and is currently a Division Director at Macquarie Group and has several directorships.  He brings a wealth of financial and governance experience and skills to the HYPA Hope committee.  Kieran is the previous committee chair and has previously been involved in several not for profit committees and passionately believes we all have a responsibility to give back to the community and create a better future for our young people.

Paul Di IulioPaul Di Iulio, Chief Executive Officer, Campbelltown City Council and SYC Board Member

Mr Di Iulio has extensive experience in executive management and leadership roles gained through a career in local government. With a background in civil engineering, he has worked with the Campbelltown City Council for 22 years where he is presently Chief Executive Officer.

Mr Di Iulio has been an SYC board member since March 2011 and is a Chair of the Property Committee and a member of the ICT Steering Committee.

Angelique BoileauAngelique Boileau, Managing Director, Boileau Business Solutions

Over 25 years ago, Angelique took over a failing Xerox Dealership in Adelaide. Throughout the years, her focus was on providing clients with a personalised service combined with a growing spectrum of business technology and services adhering to her vision, mission and values. Today, Boileau Business Technology is a unique ‘End to End’ ICT company that provides their clients with professional consultative approach by developing strategic partnerships that improve the operational effectiveness of the SME businesses in SA.

Caroline KerkhofCaroline Kerkhof, Head of Communications, TRILITY Pty Ltd

Caroline is the Head of Communications for TRILITY Pty Ltd, where she is responsible for TRILITY’s strategic and corporate communications.TRILITY is an established industry leader, solely dedicated in the delivery of water, wastewater and reuse solutions across Australia’s municipal and industrial sectors.

Caroline has more than 10 years’ experience delivering marketing and communication management services in public and private sectors in Australia and New Zealand.  Her role at TRILITY requires extensive liaison with clients, government and NGOs and requires interaction with media, community engagement initiatives and business development functions at each of TRILITY’s operating sites. Caroline holds tertiary qualifications in marketing and communications. She avidly believes that we all have a responsibility to giving something back to the communities in which we live and as such has always been involved in not for profit organisations either as a volunteer, committee or board member.
