HYPA™ Full Audit
 Most organisations know they are good, but many don’t know how good or how to promote it. The HYPA™ Full Audit uncovers your good practice and gives you a report describing it in detail.
If the HYPA™ Health Check indicates the existence of a number of good practices aligned with HYPA™ Accreditation, your organisation will be invited to move to the next stage: HYPA™ Full Audit. The full audit is a comprehensive audit of your practices, systems, culture and leadership against the HYPA™ Employer of Choice Standards.
It includes interviews, surveys (as appropriate), and gathering of evidence of the existence, quality and effectiveness of the initiatives cited as matching the HYPA™ Standards. A comprehensive report will be prepared, citing each of the pieces of evidence, examples of good practice, how they meet the standards and suggestions for continuous improvement. The report will include a statement of the status of your organisation in terms of achievement of HYPA™ Employer of Choice standards.
