HYPA™ for Young People

It doesn’t matter what career you wish to pursue – if you are motivated, driven and
want to succeed – we consider you a ‘Young Professional’

You may be studying at University, Tafe, completing year 12 or putting in your own hard work to follow your career – whatever your path may be, make sure you think long and hard about what organisation you decide to apply for.

Imagine working for an organisation where you feel your ideas are listened to by many people there. Where you are given support and opportunities to take on greater challenge, be promoted or participate in further training and development. And it would not stop there. You might want to work a year and then go on an extended overseas trip, or try another organisation and instead of being told off for not being committed to your career, you are told that you are welcome back anytime. Too good to be true? No. So how do you find these organisations?

That’s where HYPA™ comes in….

If you see an organisation displaying the HYPA™ logo, or you hear that they are HYPA™ accredited, you can be assured that they are a great place to work!
This means that they have gone through extensive reviews to make sure they have the right policies and procedures in place – along with the right attitude – to engage young professionals.

So if you want to work for a great organisation – make sure you ask if they are HYPA™ accredited – and look out for the HYPA™ logo!
